Ann's Peony Vase Quilt Pattern

Quilt pattern for Ann's Peony Vase quilt. This quilt has needle-turn applique, EPP Stars (papers and template can be purchased separately), and some easy machine piecing. It is a sweet scrappy quilt named after Ann (Without an E) Stevenson and her embroidered coverlet for which I've used her border as my first border except the hexagon flowers has been swapped out for stars. It is also named after my mum, Ann (Without an E too), two birds with one stone!
